No. We agree the strategy logic and project scope first, then quote a fixed price for the professional build, testing and delivery. Later additions are defined and quoted separately.

What are the payment terms?

Payment is made upfront against a proforma invoice after you approve the plain-English quote. We do not begin work or ask for payment until the free assessment is complete.

Can you work from a vague idea?

Yes. Rough notes are welcome. We ask simple questions to turn the idea into clear entry, exit and risk rules before quoting.

Do I own the code?

Yes. Once your project is complete, you own the custom software we built for you and receive both the ready-to-install files and the original editable files.

How do we communicate during the build?

Email by default. You receive clear updates and preview images at agreed checkpoints, so you can see how the build is progressing against the approved scope.

MT4 or MT5 — which should I choose?

Start with the platform your broker offers and you already feel comfortable using. If both are available, tell us how you trade and we will explain the practical differences in plain English.

Can you convert my MT4 EA to MT5?

Yes, if you have the original editable files and the right to change them. We will check the files free of charge and explain what is needed.

Will the EA work with my broker?

We build and test around the broker and account type you tell us about. Live results can still differ because spreads, slippage and market conditions change.

Can you build from an existing idea or example?

Yes. You can share screenshots, notes or examples to explain the behaviour you want, provided you have permission to share them. We create your project from an agreed original brief and do not copy protected products.

Can you build me a profitable EA?

We build software that follows your rules exactly. We do not sell profitability, and we will not promise it. Whether the rules make money is a function of the strategy and the market, not the code.

Can you optimise my strategy until it is profitable in backtest?

We can run structured optimisation and walk-forward tests, but a curve fitted to history is not an edge. We will show you the results honestly, including when they look overfitted.

What happens if I find a bug after delivery?

If the software does not follow the rules agreed in your quote, we fix it free of charge during the included support window. New ideas or extra features receive a separate fixed quote.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes. Platform updates, broker changes and small enhancements can be covered by a retainer or handled ad hoc, whichever suits you.
